WHAT IS THE GOLDEN TICKET GIVEAWAY?
The Golden Ticket is a giveaway organized by Martin Martin. From October 23 to November 1, 2026 inclusive, every order of at least €200 including VAT (after discounts, excluding shipping) placed on martinmartin-paris.com with the Golden Ticket gives you a chance to win two tickets to the Céline Dion concert on Saturday, May 15, 2027, plus one night for two at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal in Paris. The giveaway is open to adults residing in France or abroad.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY DATES?
The giveaway starts on Friday, October 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at midnight (Paris time).
CAN I COMBINE SEVERAL ORDERS?
Yes. Each eligible order gives you one additional entry, with no limit. However, each order must reach €200 including VAT on its own (after discounts, excluding shipping) and include the Golden Ticket: amounts from several orders cannot be added together.
DOES THE GOLDEN TICKET GIVE ME A DISCOUNT?
No. The Golden Ticket is not a promo code: it is only used to confirm your entry into the giveaway. It is free and does not count toward the €200 minimum.
I FORGOT TO CONFIRM MY ENTRY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The Golden Ticket must be added before you place your order, by clicking the “Confirm my entry” button. An order placed without the Golden Ticket does not count as an entry, and the ticket cannot be added afterward. To enter, simply place a new order of at least €200 (after discounts), making sure to click “Confirm my entry” before payment.

WILL I RECEIVE A GOLDEN TICKET IN MY ORDER?
The Golden Ticket appears in your cart and then on your order confirmation: this is your proof of entry.
HOW IS THE WINNER CHOSEN?
A prize draw will take place on Monday, November 16, 2026, live on our Instagram account @martinmartin_paris, among all valid entries. The winner will be notified by email, at the address used for their order, within 7 days of the draw. They will then have 10 days to accept the prize. Their first name and last initial will be published on our website.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE CONCERT TAKE PLACE?
The concert will take place on Saturday, May 15, 2027 at Paris La Défense Arena, in Nanterre. Both tickets are in the “Seated Floor” category. The hotel night is scheduled from May 15 to 16, 2027 at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal (Paris 1st), in a Superior Room, breakfast included. Transportation (travel to Paris and getting around locally), other meals and personal expenses are not included.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
You remain free to cancel or return your order under the usual conditions. If the order is canceled or fully returned, your entry is canceled. If you return some of the items and the amount kept falls below €200 including VAT (after discounts, excluding shipping), your entry is canceled. If it remains at €200 or more, your entry stays valid. Before awarding the prize, we check that the winning order still meets these conditions, including if the return takes place after the draw. If it does not, a new winner is drawn.
