Delivery
We make every effort to ensure that your parcels are shipped within 48 working hours from the validation of your order, excluding pre-orders which require longer delays (2 to 4 weeks on average).
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your package, which will contain a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery status.

Taxes are not included for all shipments outside the European Union, including shipments to Switzerland and Norway. You are responsible for paying all taxes upon receipt of the package in accordance with the applicable laws of the destination country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and exchange.Return requests can be made directly in your account on martinmartin-paris.com or by writing to us at info@martinmartin-paris.com.
A prepaid postal slip will then be sent to you by email.
Return shipping costs are €20 and will be deducted from your order refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact and attached.
From France
You have two options:
Return at your expenseWrite to us at info@martinmartin-paris.com, specifying your order number and the item you wish to return. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility and are at your own risk. Send the return via the carrier of your choice. Affix your shipping label to your package and take it to your nearest post office.
However, returns are free if the delivered item does not match your order. In this case, please email us at info@martinmartin-paris.com to receive a prepaid return label.
From the rest of the world
