We do everything we can to ensure that your packages are shipped within 48 working hours, from the validation of your order, excluding pre-orders which require longer lead times (2 to 4 weeks on average).
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your package, which will contain a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery status.

Taxes are not included for all shipments outside the European Union, including shipments to Switzerland and Norway. You are responsible for paying all taxes upon receipt of the package in accordance with applicable laws in the destination country.
Return and exchange
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and exchange by writing to us at info@martinmartin-paris.com.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed and with labels intact and attached.
From France
You have two options:
Return to your charge
Write to us at info@martinmartin-paris.com specifying your order number and the item you wish to return. The return and exchange is your responsibility and is done at your risk via the carrier of your choice. Stick your label on your package and go to the nearest post office.
However, the return is offered to you in the event that the item delivered does not conform to your order. In this case, write to us at info@martinmartin-paris.com to receive a prepaid return label.

Drop off your order at our showroom
It is also possible to come and drop off your package in our showroom in Paris. You can write to us at info@martinmartin-paris.com to notify us of your visit and tell us if you would like to try another size or another model on site.

Refunds
We do not issue any refunds on sales from our Martin Market, only exchanges subject to available stock or a credit valid for our next collections.
