ORDERS

Can I modify my order?

It is not possible to modify your order after validation. If upon receipt of your order an item does not suit you, you must return it to us within 14 days for a refund.

Change my delivery address

If your order is being prepared, we invite you to contact our customer service as quickly as possible by email at info@martinmartin-paris.com in order to modify your delivery address.

My part has a defect

We only have one wish: that your Martin Martin piece suits you. If, despite all our quality controls, your part should present a small defect, we invite you to contact our customer service at the following address: info@martinmartin-paris.com Do not forget to attach photos of your defective part to your message . This will help us to offer you the best solution possible.

Use a discount code

To benefit from your discount voucher, simply enter the code directly in the “Do you have a discount voucher?” when validating your basket.

I have not received an order confirmation email, why?

The email may have slipped into your spam/junk folder. If this is not the case, we invite you to contact us at the following email address: info@martinmartin-paris.com , providing us with your name, first name and email address.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Can I collect my order directly from the showroom?

Yes, click & collect is available free of charge when placing your order. Please select the "showroom collection" option. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., it is located at 85 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris.

What are the deadlines for receiving my order?

We ship packages every day. It takes 2 to 5 working days for delivery of your order, excluding pre-ordered products.

How can I follow the delivery of my order?

Have your tracking number received by email then go to our “ tracking portal ”.

How to benefit from free delivery?

Delivery is free on all your orders for shipment via Mondial Relay.
Spend more than €350 to benefit from Colissimo express delivery.
You can also choose the “showroom pickup” option and pick up your order directly from our showroom at 85 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris.

My package appears lost or stolen

If you have no news about your package, we invite you to contact our customer service at the following email address: info@martinmartin-paris.com , specifying your order number as well as your first and last name.

Can I return an item ordered on the site directly to the showroom?

Yes. It is entirely possible to return an item ordered on our website to our showroom.
Contact us by email to plan your visit.

How soon will I receive my refund?

We will reimburse you within 3 to 10 working days after validation of receipt of the package by our teams. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving the email for the refund to appear in your bank account.
